Important: Resident doctor industrial action 7 April to 13 April
People across Cheshire and Merseyside are being urged to use NHS 111 or the NHS App for all non-emergency healthcare needs ahead of industrial action by resident doctors.
Emergency departments (A&E) should be used only when facing a serious or life-threatening emergency.
Industrial action will take place from 7am on Tuesday 7 April to 7am on Monday 13 April.
Patients should attend any planned appointments as normal, unless they are contacted directly by the trust.
