Breast screening open event

Anyone aged 50 to 71, registered with a GP as female and living in Widnes, are invited to attend an informal drop‑in open event on Saturday 31 October between 8:30am and 1pm, to learn more about breast screening and the services available locally.
Understand what is involved in breast screening and ask our clinical team any questions you may have.
Attendees will have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the mobile screening unit, including the screening rooms and equipment. There will also be the option to have a mammogram on the day.
Light refreshments will be available.
